The busy 21st century is taking on peoples body and mind. People are getting discouraged physically and mentally. Thus to ensure that your mind never gives up you have to think positively and hopefully.

1. Waking up early and exercising both body and mind. 2. Thinking of positive vibes and thinking to serve your loved ones. 3. Never let yourself give up , you will never be able to stand up again once you gave up on something. 4. Let yourself know what your heart desires and think about achieving it to motivate your soul. 5. First few days you may get motivated but it fades really fast so heres a way to sustain it.
How to sustain your motivation or to be consistant
1. Know what distracts you. This is most important step , as for some people they are not able to identify their distraction. If someone doesn’t know what distracts him/her then, the one will never be able to neglect it. So one should be really careful to identify its own distration. You can do it as identifying wat you really like to do to timepass and wat you are fond of.
2. Develope self rules/promises. Self rules are really important after identifying your distraction. You may restrict yourself to neglect ur dustraction even you are so fond of it. The most effective way is to go away from the particular activity never let yourself see it, hear it, think about it. In my opinion this is the best way to concentrate on your work and motivate yourself. For example if you are so fond of social media and it is affecting your current purpose you should delete or stay away from devices which support it. This may help you to get your concentration level high on your purpose.
3. Believe in yourself. This factor leads major people for threats of suicide and depression. It is because people let the negative vibes control their brain and let themselves think as a dirt or trash. This feeling makes someone so low that they dont feel like living and make them give up their lives. So you should never doubt your abilities and your strength. This will lead you believing in yourself and keeping you motivated.
